1. Who can I contact regarding KLINF enquiry?

2. What is the customs regulation in Malaysia?
A resident and non-resident are permitted to carry into and out of Malaysia, ringgit notes not exceeding USD 10,000 equivalent per person. There is no limit for a resident and non-resident to carry into and out of Malaysia foreign currency notes and traveller’s cheques BUT he or she needs to declare in Customs Form 22 (Borang Kastam 22) if total amount exceeds USD 10,000 equivalent. The forms are available at counters located before the Customs Checkpoints at all entry and exit points of Malaysia.
As for coins, gold is free from taxes and duties for both ways, importing and exporting. However, silver coins are subject to import duty of 5% and sale tax of 10%.
3. When can I begin my table setup?
Exhibitors can only enter the hall and begin their setup at Friday 9:00AM. Public entrance is at 10:00AM.
4. Where do I register and collect my exhibitor badge?
You may register and collect your exhibitor badge at the registration desk at the venue on Friday 8:30AM.
5. Is lunch provided?
Running coffee of the day and variety of special tea will be available all day. However, lunch is not provided for exhibitors. You can easily and conveniently purchase food at the event venue. The Berjaya Times Square Hotel is connected to the Berjaya Times Square Mall, which offers a wide variety of restaurants. Additionally, there are numerous dining options in the vicinity of the shopping mall, including many street-side eateries.
6. I want to bring my marketing material to the event, can I send it to you first?
Please notify the event organizer through Whatsapp or email to make necessary arrangement. The items must arrive TWO weeks before the event to ensure smoothness and convenience during the process. The organizer will transport your items to the show venue.
