1. Show Venue and Table Set Up 

Exhibitors can begin entering the hall on Friday at 9:00am and begin their set up. Public entrance will begin at 10:00am. All tables must stay open until the stipulated time. The show will stop admitting people at 5:30pm to allow guests to leave. Exhibitors are advised to leave the hall by 6:00pm.

 

2. Exhibitor Badges 

Exhibitor badges will be issued to all registered exhibitors. All exhibitors must wear their badges while working at their tables. All badges cannot be sold, transferred, leased or shared to/ with other dealers without prior consent of TRIGOMETRIC.

 

3. Bourse Table 

Bourse tables are all in standard size of 6 feet by 2.5 feet. Each table includes 2 showcases. Exhibitors are responsible for the wellbeing of the showcases.

 

4. Promotion in the Venue 

People other than exhibitors selling or promoting or advertising in the showgrounds are strictly prohibited. Offenders will be escorted out of the premises immediately and banned from all future events. Exhibitors are not allowed to place any promotional items in the show venue without prior consent from TRIGOMETRIC.

6. Counterfeit sales 

Counterfeits of any kind is strictly prohibited. Confirmed cases of such events may lead to the exhibitor barred from our shows immediately and permanently.

 

7. Commercial and Legal Disputes 

TRIGOMETRIC will not be responsible or be involved in any commercial and legal disputes arising between sellers and buyers.

 

8. Security 

General security will be provided on the showgrounds. Exhibitors are advised to watch after their own belongings. TRIGOMETRIC will not bear any responsibility for loss or theft of possessions at the show venue.

 

9. Exhibitor Products & Belongings

Showroom will be locked down at the end of each day and be restricted from entering again until the next day. This is to ensure safety for belongings of exhibitors. Exhibitors are advised to watch after their own belongings. It is best not to leave anything behind at the showroom even though the showcases are locked. TRIGOMETRIC will not bear any responsibility for loss or theft of possessions at the show venue.
